They even went as far as giving us a shop vehicle to use for 2 days, while our car was being worked on, and waiting for parts. I went back last week with my new to me 2015 Chevy Silverado. Unfortunately ended up needing a new transmission. These guys treated me very well. Got the transmission for me, and had it in within a couple days. They did a very professional job and kept me updated along the way. The transmission work wasn't cheap, but quality service never is cheap. I won't bring my truck anywhere else. Heating and Cooling Services, near Charlestown, VTI can't tell you what a departure J.S. Automotive is from the rest of the service providers in the area. It's night and day! We had taken our Jeep to two other places to try and get the AC fixed - no one could tell us what was wrong. J.S. Automotive immediately identified the issue, and even when they encountered a small challenge with the service, they didn't pass that cost along to us. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new auto shop. You won't be sorry! Receptionist is also top notch. She deserves a shout out!
