J.S. Automotive has job openings available for a Service Advisor! We're looking for honest, dedicated, customer-service oriented people to join our team in Southwestern New Hampshire, NH.
The role of the Service Advisor is to build accurate and profitable estimates of maintenance and repair recommendations for our client's needs. The Service Advisor will work closely with the Technicians and Manager at their shop location. The primary focus is to build estimates, inclusive of parts & labor, addressing repairs for client concerns: as well as technician recommended repairs & preventative maintenance. Once estimates are completed, the Service Advisor acts as the liaison between the Technician and the Customer. They will contact the client to discuss repairs & recommendations, update the repair order, and keep the shop Manager updated.
